Each bungalow has its own private terrace facing a tropical garden where you can relax and admire the breathtaking surroundings. You can also relax in our natural saltwater pool, in the garden area, take a dip or simply sunbathe.
We offer workshops for a maximum of 20-25 participants with accommodation options in single/double/triple occupancy rooms and a tailor-made food program plus our Italian way of making you feel special. We have relatively standardized daily rates for the exclusive use of our facilities for retreats: approximately $1800-$2400/night, including all taxes and charges. These rates vary depending on the season and may change depending on the type of retreat you are organizing.
The retreats include breakfast and dinner (pre-planned menu) homemade by our chefs & exclusive luxury accommodations.
Accommodations – All of our rooms at Sonora are in beautiful harmony with the abundant vegetation of Costa Rica. The rooms were built with your comfort in mind and feature Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and top-quality bedding. Sonora is exclusive to one group at a time and can accommodate up to 30 guests in our on-site accommodations, providing an ideal environment for intimate group experiences.
Common areas and pool – There is plenty of space at Sonora to rest and relax. Our beautiful common areas are exclusively yours during your stay with us. Our saltwater pool and terrace area are the perfect place to relax in the afternoon or swim at night.
On-site experts – Whether your focus is on a yoga retreat or training, adventure, or relaxation, we are the perfect place for you! We provide personalized assistance every step of the way, from sharing our practical knowledge and marketing strategies to assisting with travel coordination, meals, and group excursions. Our goal is to provide an easy and successful retreat experience for you and your guests
Our 100m2 Yoga Shala studio is located in the middle of the garden and is a spacious and quiet intimate space to practice with the energy of Pachamama and the power of its sound.
Nutrition – Food for the soul provided by Alessandra Buono. The ingredients come from local farms that use organic and sustainable agriculture methods. We care about nature and upbringing. By valuing what we put into our bodies, we emit a higher energetic vibration! This is one of the basic teachings of yoga, treat your body like a temple, and do the same with your surroundings.
Additional assistance and activities – If you need any kind of teaching assistance during your stay or retreat, our resident teachers are qualified to teach yoga, meditation, dance, and a variety of disciplines. Numerous excursions and activities can be added to your package, including individual or group surf lessons, horseback riding, bee tours, waterfall hikes, kayaking trips, cacao ceremonies, and much more.
